Hanna Saccomano was born in Colorado Springs, CO, and has been taking photographs for the past eight years. Hanna believes photography is a way to slow down and notice everything that’s around her, and recognizes it as an art that can transcend time and memory. Whether taking street photos, landscape, or catching a fleeting moment, Hanna is fascinated with capturing beauty in any setting. She is especially fond of travel and documentary-style photography, exploring new cultures and recording as she goes. From road-tripping around the United States, to crossing the Drake Passage into Antarctica, she has recorded some of her fondest memories with her camera. She has also spent many years studying color theory (exploring the works of photographers like Vivian Maier and William Eggleston), and tries to implement specific color combinations in her photographic compositions. Photography is ultimately a way for Hanna to express and communicate to others how she views the world.

Hanna currently resides in Denver, CO with her husband, Sam, and dog named Gretti.
